It was previously discussed that deferred choosing of a client or server was not possible for QUIC as it was for TLS and DTLS.

May I respectfully request that the OSSL_QUIC_method is implemented, as discussed, in order that certificates, stores and parameters can be initialised before choosing a client or server method and to harmonise QUIC with the other protocols.
