I had requested this in #1077 to be able to run our https://github.com/redhat-developer/s2i-dotnetcore tests on arm64.
I implemented the suggestion made by @adambkaplan in #1077 (comment).

In #1101 I learned, those builds probably never worked.
I have not noticed because I only run these tests on x64.
@aslicerh has been running the tests by building his own s2i for aarch64.

It would be nice if we can grab a build of the Releases page instead of building and maintaining this ourselves.
