Seems there is an issue with rendering of a user header with V2.8.0 vs V2.7.0

I downloaded both version of the PCM installer so I can change versions quickly and I followed instructions in #151

This image shows V2.7.0 output on top and V2.8.0 on the bottom.

It may related to the new collapsible top bar.
