I just noticed this in a very recent 24.12 build: when you change a file, the name in the title bar no longer shows an asterisk to indicate it has changed, and you can close the window without being asked to save.

This is on an Apple Silicon Mac on OS 15.2.

I am not really convinced this is a real problem or if it's just something on my end, hope to hear if anyone can reproduce.
