Each time simulations are run, the "Running Simulations" sort-of-alert/dialog window moves down and right. This behavior is a hallmark of windows which can overlay (so new windows don't obscure the old), but not typically seen in modal alerts and the like, which have a single instance which must disappear or be dismissed before another appears.

Check to ensure the correct window type is being used.

Additional context

There are several runs of simulations in between the 3 positions shown here. Typically it moves down one title-bar height, and an equivalent distance right on each invocation. The second one is blank because you have to be quick to get the screengrab.

This is macOS, Sonoma 14.7.1, M3 Max CPU, MacBook Pro (Windows may exhibit similar behavior - not sure)

This behavior is consistent between v23.09 and v24.12 b1
