See this discussion. Whenever an action is performed in the motors, recovery, stage or simulation table, a table item will still be selected, but the table has lost focus. This causes problems when trying to select all elements in the table afterwards with shortcut ctrl/cmd + A.

So: restore the focus to the table after a table action in said tables.
