@openqda/core-team we have a feedback form now, we should discuss it in our next meetup. It's reachable anywhere for logged-in users in the settings menu, below the Profile entry, there you find a new entry "Provide feedback"
Clicking this reveals a dead-simple feedback form:
Filling it out will send a feedback E-Mail to an E-Mail address of our choice. |

The form is is activated in the user-settings dropdown (top-right)
