In release 1.0.0 there are multiple events not being added to the audit:

• codes deleted
• codebook created, imported, exported
• TODO check for more

Additionally the search does only work for content (title, description etc.) but not for actions, such as "created", "updated", "deleted" or entities, such as "Project", "Source" etc.
