Currently its really slow when loading projects (despite recent improvements in #164).
We need to identify bottlenecks and make sure we get a decent / fast loading:

• only load project documents in the overview (nothing else)
• for a selected project only load codebooks and history when being on the respective view/tab
• audits should only being loaded for the actual project that is opened
• do not load any documents/files
