Performed the AppveyorClean changes so as not to clog-up the commit log with failed rebases.
Will remove WIP tag if all changes seemed to be done well.

I am getting server issues with Appveyor here, but Travis does not seem to have any. This seems very odd to me. Any ideas? @janvanrijn

Seems like something goes consistently wrong with listing calls (12 fails 2 errors). Yesterday I pushed a big fix, would it make sense to pull develop into this branch and see what happens?

Probably this changes the number of errors and fails.

I also see several debug messages in the continuous-integration/appveyor/branch (1 fail 3 errors), this means that the tests were run when the test server was receiving some updates. Is there an easy was to run again?
