Adds datatables to the unassigned articles list page by default they are now sorted by date submitted, ascending.#4013

Looks good--while we're changing this to be more like the others, what if we just made the styling of the table identical to those other list pages? Unassigned has the page title outside the white content box, with another subtitle underneath it (do we need this??). But review and all the others have the page title inside the white box, with no additional "List of ..." label / subtitle.
