Describe the bug
When an article is set to be published in OLHJ, the notification in the discord channel is incomplete with missing details like article name and date to be published.

Expected behavior
Fixed notification that includes all details of publication etc.

Notification sentence: {article title} was set to be published on {article date to be published} by {requesting user full name}'
For example: "Cats on Capitalism" was set to be published on 25.11.24 by Rose Harris-Birtill
