Describe the bug
A couple glitches have been identified on the r-v1.7.0 branch on the registration page

1. On OLH and Clean themes, some of the text inputs have unexpectedly turned into large text boxes
   
2. On Material theme, the Registered with ORCID button has lost its styling.
