Clean theme doesn't use frozen authors for surname in title

**Describe the bug**
Load an article in where the authors and frozen authors do not match (eg. a migration) and the author's surname rather than the first frozen authors surname will display.

**Janeway version**
1.5.0/1.5.1

**Expected behavior**
OLH and Material both use frozen authors
