page does not start with a level 1 heading [articles] #3937

Description

@StephDriver

article titles are given as h2 not h1

example:
https://www.iastatedigitalpress.com/farmreports/article/id/12984/

further headings may then also need also need updating, for example, the 'abstract' is an h3.

something strange is going on here too, site-improve is annoyed that a heading is an h3 (rather than an h1) and yet when looking at the page itself and inspecting the source, that heading is an h2 - it's still wrong, but I am concerned that the page source is loading differently within the site improve system and within Chrome.
