Proposal

There seems to be some appetite in shipping some, or all Undici APIs into Node.js core.
Let's brainstorm what this would entail.

Topic of the session

• Move http.request() to legacy Marking http client APIs as Legacy nodejs/node#57277
• expose undici.setGlobalDispatcher() in Node.js: Expose Undici's ProxyAgent and setGlobalDispatcher within Node nodejs/node#43187
• Enabling HTTP/2 by default for fetch(): fetch support for HTTP/2 by default nodejs/undici#2750 (comment).
