Description

- chore!: remove excluded users from ListUsers response

BREAKING CHANGE:

This version removes the `ExcludedUsers` field from the `ListUsersResponse` and `ClientListUsersResponse` classes,
for more details see the [associated API change](https://github.com/openfga/api/pull/171).
