Merge branch 'v1.0.0.rc1' into master
* v1.0.0.rc1: Godeps: Roll runtime-spec back to v1.0.0-rc1 With 'git merge -s ours --log v1.0.0.rc1', because we don't want to roll back our master version of runtime-spec.
