Remove CentOS 7 as it is EOL. Add back RHEL 8 clone (CentOS Stream 8 was removed by commit 40bb9c4). Switch from CentOS Stream 9 to Almalinux 9. Signed-off-by: Kir Kolyshkin <[email protected]>
