Provided a conversion table to describe the equivalent values between label-schema.org and OCI image annotations. Some values are clarified. The human-readable `name` and `description` have also been added. Signed-off-by: Stephen J Day <[email protected]>

cool cool. and the "name" is presumably not going to have any validation recommendations? or limited to only descriptors? |

The name is something like "Ubuntu 17.04" - human readable and no constraints. Most of these labels are intended for landing on the config itself, except for the ref field. |
