Stabilizes model auth marker tests against the current manifest-metadata discovery seam and isolated Vitest environment. Runtime behavior is unchanged; provider-owned non-secret markers remain declared in plugin manifests.

Stabilizes model auth marker tests against the current manifest-metadata discovery seam and isolated Vitest environment. Runtime behavior is unchanged; provider-owned non-secret markers remain declared in plugin manifests.
