Adds first-class workflow button interaction support by normalizing workflow trigger metadata in Slack interaction payloads.

• capture workflow_button interaction payloads with:
  • workflowTriggerUrl
  • workflowId
• keep existing action routing/session context and confirmation-row behavior
• add regression coverage for workflow button metadata capture
