Summary

Adds richer modal lifecycle context for stacked Slack views in interaction events.

• include stacked view metadata on view_submission and view_closed payloads:
  • rootViewId
  • previousViewId
  • externalId
  • viewHash
  • isStackedView
• keep existing routing/session metadata and input summaries intact
• add lifecycle-context assertions to view submission/close tests
