What Problem This Solves

The production dead-export gate treated every root TypeScript file in bundled plugins as a runtime entry. That hid unused internal exports and made the hard-zero result incomplete.

Why This Change Was Made

This migrates 13 provider plugins to explicit public and convention-loaded root entries, removes 20 newly exposed internal exports, and keeps the temporary catch-all only for plugins not yet audited. Public API, setup, catalog, and web-tool entry conventions remain modeled.

User Impact

No user-visible behavior change. Maintainers get stricter production dead-code coverage for the migrated provider plugins.
