What Problem This Solves

The shrink-only dead-export ratchet still grandfathered six internal test seams across Diagnostics Prometheus, Google Meet, and QA Lab.

Why This Change Was Made

The six exports are now private or deleted. Tests exercise retained exporter, browser-runtime, gateway-controller, workspace, parity, and session lifecycle boundaries instead of importing mutable test-only production surfaces.

User Impact

No user-visible behavior change. The dead-export baseline shrinks by six entries, from 368 to 362.
