What Problem This Solves
Automatic
QA Smoke CIcurrently cannot provide a reliable required check. The monolithic profile fails during mixed-channel planning, while the channel-sharded replacement exposed independent failures in the channel baseline, Slack restart, and WhatsApp readiness scenarios.This temporarily removes QA Smoke from automatic CI so those known failures do not block unrelated pull requests while the scenarios and replacement workflow are repaired.

Pull requests and
mainpushes temporarily do not run theQA Smoke CIcheck. Existing unit, integration, contract, build, security, and platform lanes are unchanged. QA Smoke will return through the channel-sharded replacement after the failing scenarios are fixed and proven.Evidence
