What Problem This Solves
Records the three user-visible fixes whose changelog entries were deliberately removed from their code PRs after repeated concurrent
CHANGELOG.mdupdates caused exact-head merge starvation.Why This Change Was Made
The code is already landed through #99124, #100490, and #96917. Keeping the credits in one changelog-only follow-up let the code PRs use the repository's safe unrelated-main-drift path without losing contributor attribution.
User Impact
The Unreleased changelog now describes macOS SecretRef preservation, Anthropic OAuth loopback callbacks, and prompt-release media delivery, with credit for @mushuiyu886, @xialonglee, and @scotthuang.
