Telegram inline buttons stopped working after update to 2026.6.9.
Before the update buttons were functional and clickable in Telegram DM.
Now agent sends buttons as plain text only.

Inline buttons should be clickable in Telegram DM, as they worked before update to 2026.6.9
Actual behavior
Agent sends inline buttons as plain text instead of clickable buttons in Telegram DM.
