Summary
当messages.tts.auto设置为always时，qqbot不会收到cron投递的消息，但是结果会显示“已投递”，如果将messages.tts.auto设置为“tagged”或关闭则能正常收到投递的消息。

期望是可以在QQ上收到cron投递的消息，任务状态修改为成功
Actual behavior
实际情况是，QQ上无法收到消息，但是任务状态显示“成功”、“已投递”
