Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
The scrollback buffer should retain a reasonable amount of conversation history, allowing the user to scroll up and re-read earlier assistant outputs, tool call results, and full conversation context.
Actual Behavior
The WebChat scrollback window only retains a very limited amount of history. After a moderate amount of conversation activity (especially when tool calls produce substantial output), scrolling up quickly hits the top of the loaded history. Earlier assistant replies and outputs are no longer accessible without navigating to a different session view.
