Summary

In Microsoft Teams, reply messages with attachments should arrive in a thread but are arriving as new top-level messages.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create Teams channel with Threads style layout
2. Set channels.msteams.replyStyle = thread
3. Ask agent to create a file and send it

Expected behavior

Reply message should arrive in-thread

Actual behavior

Message arrives as a top-level message
