Control UI 图片上传后不显示在对话框

环境：

• OpenClaw 版本：2026.4.9
• 浏览器：Chrome（最新版）
• 访问方式：本地 webchat（http://127.0.0.1:18789/）

复现步骤：

1. 打开 Control UI 聊天界面
2. 尝试粘贴或上传一张图片
3. 看到图片上传进度完成
4. 图片未出现在对话框消息气泡中

期望行为：
图片应显示在对话框中，助手能接收并处理

实际行为：
图片上传成功（进度完成），但不显示在对话框里，助手也收不到图片

附加信息：

• 文字消息正常发送和接收
• 图片放到 workspace 路径后助手可以正常读取
• 未看到任何错误提示

1. 打开 Control UI 聊天界面
