Issue Description

Gateway memory consumption has increased significantly in the latest version (2026.4.9), causing severe performance degradation.

Version Information

• Previous version: ~600MB
• 2026.4.8 version: 814MB
• 2026.4.9 version: 945.8MB (current)

System Information

• OpenClaw version: 2026.4.9 (0512059)
• System memory: 3.4 GB
• OS: Linux 6.8.0-90-generic (x64)
• Node: v22.22.0

Problem Details

• Gateway RSS memory continues to increase
• Version 2026.4.8 vs 2026.4.9 comparison: new version memory growth ~130MB
• CPU usage also high (57.9%)

Attempted Solutions

• Disabled Rarer Provider plugins.
• Gateway restart did not significantly reduce memory

Expected Behavior

• Memory usage should be back to 600-700MB reasonable level
• Or provide memory optimization fixes
