Describe the bug
On Discord, the InteractionEventListener can stall for up to 78 seconds before responding to interaction events (slash commands, buttons, etc.). This is a significant UX degradation event.

Reproduction:
Observed in production on Discord channel. Events that should be handled within milliseconds are queuing and processing with up to 78 seconds delay.

Impact:

• Slash commands appear unresponsive for up to 78 seconds
• Button/modal interactions timeout or appear broken
• Significant UX degradation on Discord

Additional context:
This was first observed on 2026-03-24. No fix was included in the 2026.3.28 release.
