Regression (worked before, now fails)

Summary

On 2026.3.20, I pulled the code and built a new Docker image. Upon starting it, I encountered the following issue:

[plugins] failed to load plugin: TypeError: Cannot redefine property: requiresExplicitMatrixDefaultAccount (plugin=matrix, source=/app/extensions/matrix/index.ts)
