Summary

Please add Simplified Chinese localization for the OpenClaw control UI. At minimum the left-hand function sidebar should have Chinese labels, but ideally the entire interface can be switched between languages.

Requirements

• Provide a language toggle (Chinese/English) in the control UI settings.
• Localize navigation menus, buttons, labels, status text, and future modules.
• Optionally detect the browser/system language and default accordingly.

Context

A Chinese-speaking user needs the left function sidebar translated right away, and full UI localization would greatly improve onboarding and accessibility.
