Regression (worked before, now fails)

Summary

After updating to 2026.3.7, agents can't run commands any more.

Steps to reproduce

1. update to 2026.3.7
2. tell the agent to run a command

Expected behavior

Gateway should correctly run the command the agent requested.

Actual behavior

Nothing is run and the command is displayed

Ubuntu 25.10 on WSL on Windows 11
