Behavior bug (incorrect output/state without crash)

Summary

If you toggle any setting at all on the agent page in the gateway GUI, the 'save' button stays in a grayed out state and you can't interact with it to save the config.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change any toggle in agents page.
2. Try and click save
3. Nothing happens/nothing saves.

Expected behavior

The save button should be clickable and actually save settings.

Actual behavior

Cannot save agent settings on GUI
