Problem\nOperators need deterministic visibility/control for async subagent workflows (timeline, errors, artifacts, supervision actions).\n\n## Scope\n- Emit per-subagent lifecycle events: spawn, queued/running, tool start/end, warning/error, completion\n- Persist run summary with artifact pointers (logs/results/paths)\n- Expose supervision actions with deterministic responses: cancel, steer, resume\n- Include first failure signature + recommended next action in terminal state\n\n## Acceptance criteria\n1. Operator can list active/recent runs with timestamped state transitions.\n2. Completion payload includes concise summary + artifact pointers when present.\n3. Failure payload includes first error signature and actionable next step.\n4.
