Behavior bug (incorrect output/state without crash)

Summary

In Windows, when opening the OpenClaw dashboard, it shows "Not Found".

Steps to reproduce

1. pnpm i openclaw -g
2. openclaw onboard
3. openclaw gateway install
4. openclaw gateway start
5. openclaw dashboard

Expected behavior

It is expected that the console content can be displayed. It runs normally on Mac.

Operating system

Both Windows 11 and Windows 10 have anomalies.
