Regression (worked before, now fails)

Summary

When a message in a group chat mentions the bot (using @username), the system fails to detect the mention and doesn't create a session or respond.

Steps to reproduce

1.Fix Bug 1 by adding group ID to allowFrom
2.Restart gateway
3.Send a message in the group that @mentions the bot

Expected behavior

Bot should detect when it's mentioned in a group chat and respond accordingly.

Actual behavior

Log shows: message in group <chat_id> did not mention bot even when bot was clearly @mentioned
No session is created, no response is sent.
