Regression (worked before, now fails)

Summary

After upgrading to 2026.3.2, the cron-related functionalities no longer work. I cannot ask in the tui to create cron jobs or setup news feeds.

Steps to reproduce

Type in following query in TUI:

List all the cron jobs right now.

Expected behavior

List out the cron jobs as shown on the web UI.

Actual behavior

Openclaw replies that it does not have cron-query tooling in this session and could not list the list of Openclaw cron jobs, even though the agent has been granted full permission.
