Summary

Feishu group chat: @mention bot by name not recognized, but @ALL works

Steps to reproduce

Add bot to a Feishu group chat
Mention the bot by name (e.g., @botName) in the group
Bot does not receive/respond to the message

Expected behavior

Bot should receive and respond when mentioned by name in group chat

Actual behavior

Log shows: "detected @ forward request, targets: [UserA]"
Log shows: "message in group did not mention bot"
Bot does not respond
However, @ALL works correctly
