Regression (worked before, now fails)

Summary

After updating from 2026.3.1 to 2026.3.2, all tools return 'Tool not found':

• exec
• read
• message
• gateway
• etc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Was on 2026.3.1 (working)
2. Installed 2026.3.2
3. All tool calls fail with 'Tool not found'

Expected behavior

Tools should execute normally like on 2026.3.1.

Actual behavior

All tools return 'Tool not found'
