[Bug]: Heartbeat responses serialized as raw JSON in Discord delivery — recursive escaping / slash loop #29028

Description
Summary
Heartbeat responses are delivered to Discord as serialized JSON objects instead of extracted text content, causing responses wrapped in JSON escape characters that, in severe cases, recurse infinitely.
Steps to reproduce
- Configure heartbeat with any model, target: discord, interval: 30m
- Wait for heartbeat to fire
- Observe Discord message — response arrives as [{'type': 'text', 'text': '... instead of plain text
- In severe cases, the serialization recurses exponentially producing walls of \\\ characters filling multiple screens
Expected behavior
Heartbeat extracts response.content[0].text and posts plain text to Discord.
Actual behavior
Heartbeat wraps the full response object as a JSON string and posts that to Discord. Severity ranges from mild (one layer of JSON wrapper around readable text) to catastrophic (infinite recursive serialization loop producing endless \ characters across repeated heartbeat fires).
OpenClaw version
2026.2.26 (bc50708) — but issue has been present for approximately 2-3 weeks, predating this version.
