Description

Using sessions_spawn tool fails with error:

gateway closed (1008): pairing required

Steps to Reproduce

1. Call sessions_spawn tool from main agent
2. Sub-agent attempts to connect back to gateway
3. Fails with "pairing required" error

Expected Behavior

Sub-agent should spawn without requiring manual pairing
