Summary

System notifications (cron jobs, reminders) are being sent to wrong WhatsApp contacts instead of only going to the authorized user.
The bot appears to does not know who is his Human and who is just friends, even setting it in Contacts.MD.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure Whatsapp
2. Give your bot number to friends
3. The bot starts to send them heartbeat and cron job notifications

Expected behavior

1. Configure Whatsapp
2. Give your bot number to friends
3. The bot starts to talk with them without forgetting who is his "owner".

Actual behavior

Bot appears to treat as his human who talked with him by the last time. So, it considers the last active session as his human session.
