We should add first‑class session threading so a reply can break out into a thread and stay there. Discord and Slack already enable this to work very well, and it keeps busy channels clean (e.g. Krill can break a troublesome problem into a thread and let the main session keep going). It also would work well with agent‑to‑agent handoff: the thread agent can pass the solution back to the main agent to help it learn, etc.
