Entering in WebUI show error "Error: missing scope: operator.read"

Steps to reproduce

After upgrading to 2026.2.14, Gateway config bind with LAN, when enter in WebUI with IP Address openclaw server, overview tab status show: Connected. but other menu show error "Error: missing scope: operator.read" (Using tunnel localhost or 127.0.0.1 work normal)

Expected behavior

Web UI can get information system.

Actual behavior

Show error "Error: missing scope: operator.read", cannot load information
