issue with openclaw after 2026.2.14 update "Error: missing scope: operator.read" .. it's a linux with 6.17 kernel ..
openclaw update
openclaw gateway restart

Expected behavior

expected the services to be back up after the update

Actual behavior

expected the services to be back up after the update but status shows it is up but cannot initiate any new sessions .. regenerated the token for the gateway and still did not resolve it
